I have been associated with Aakaar Charitable Trust for more then 10 years now. They continue to build check dams in Rajasthan and other states. Amlaji and her teams dedication has changed the entire ecosystem of the area making the farmers financially independent by harvesting 3 crops, has stopped migration, improved education and literacy, and are using modern technology. Whenever I have visited the check dam sites the local villagers happiness, blessings and gratitude towards the donors is some thing to experience. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the warm hospitality extended to my brother, Mr. Rikhab Chand Sacheti, and his wife during their visit to the Kharolo Check Dam in Mandiyawad Kurd, Tehsil-Aarain, District Ajmer, on 23rd March 2025.
